This is a fanart of the book Anna dressed in blood by  Kendare Blake. Basically, it's about a boy who hunts ghosts and his next mission is to hunt for Anna (she's a ghost & was alive in the 1950s) & let's just say she makes his task more than a little difficult. 

That lovely scary girl up there : she's Anna. She's not too keen on people paying her house a visit & if your unfortunate enough to have made the terrible decision to do so, she's bound to make your stay more than a little unpleasant. 

Right now she's in an "avatar like state" wherein black veins creep up and down her arms, her irises turn black, and her dress reverts to how it was on the night.
